End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By installing, copying, or otherwise using DMGKit software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Fuse Labs ("Licensor") hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Licensor and its licensors.

5. Activation and Licensing

The Software may require activation or license verification. You agree to provide accurate information and comply with any license verification processes. Licensor reserves the right to disable the Software if unauthorized use is detected.

6. Updates and Upgrades

Licensor may provide updates or upgrades to the Software. Such updates are subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by separate license terms.

7. DMGKit Inspector

DMGKit Inspector is a related tool that may be subject to separate license terms. Use of DMGKit Inspector is governed by its own license agreement.

8. Legal Document Features and Translation

The Software may include features to generate or manage legal documents. Translations provided are for convenience only and do not replace the original English version of this Agreement.

9. Apple Notarization and Signing Services

The Software may utilize Apple notarization and code signing services to ensure security and compliance. Licensor is not responsible for any issues arising from these services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

13. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations and not to export or re-export the Software in violation of any such laws.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
